  I took my boots to Angelo's to have a zipper fixed. He wasn't sure how much it would cost and promised to call me in a few days to let me know. I never heard back from him. I went to his shop a couple weeks later and he still had not done anything with them and still didn't have a price. A month after that, still had not heard from him. Almost an entire year later and he still had not touched my boots nor could he tell me how much it would cost to fix them. I took the boots home. No excuse for this lack of customer service. Even if he felt he could not fix them, he should have at least called me to let me know. A zipper is not that hard!
